Additional Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also included in this new image disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various areas of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.

Further images disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
